Can anyone please tell me, is it this much difficult for a fresher to get a job in IQVIA.

I'm getting depression day by day, no hopes no response and no result.

It's really getting harder to find out a job in clinical research field.

Everyone says we need to find "a cure for cancer" and YES, definitely, but there are so many different types that we need at least 50 separate cures. More complex than people give it credit for. What does everyone here think?

I was diagnosed with ADHD in the first grade along with dyslexia and dysgraphia. I’m also positive that I should have been diagnosed with dyscalculia. Sometimes in my work, I say/do/write things that are obvious symptoms of these disabilities but my mentor attorney acts like I’m just making lazy, stupid mistakes. Does anyone else still feel like these childhood learning disabilities are not acknowledged as a real thing by adults?

YOE 8, skill business analysis, had HR discussion with IQViA , current CTC 12.36LPa , HR was mentioning as 16.5 fixd and 18lacs CtC.

I said thats too less, and asked to consider 20lacs fixed , which she did not agree, then reduced to 18lacs fixed and said she will checi with management.

Anybody tried to negotiate with IqViA and got a better offer? Will they come back with better offer?

Currently having 12.36lacs CTC, YOE 8, Business analyst skill, other skills power Bi, SQl, SAP Hana, before 1st round informed recruiter expected CTC as 20lacs not aware BOnus included in IQVIA.
