From what I read the country has an epidemic that is growing at an enormously fast pace! Hostile work environment? 15 yes of HR experience- been w/current employer 1 year. Relationship w/manager is push & pull. The situation is stressful to the point it’s triggering health issues. Out of the blue today, my manager sends me an email titled “Accommodation Follow-Up”. Last week I wasn’t feeling well & took a 1 sick day to go to ER.
