Does anyone have any tips on how to stay motivated when peers with the same role seemingly get away with delivering a lower quality of work? To be clear, I don’t mean that it “appears” they are doing less work, as I know the level of effort you actually see might not tell the whole story. Looking through my offer letter there is mention of an “addendum” that “outlines any applicable repayment terms” for the sign-on. This addendum is not in my offer letter, was not included as an attachment to my offer letter, and HR did not respond when I asked them if they can provide the addendum.

In india currently earning 28 lpa and got a job opportunity in jp morgan glasgow Uk(via referral) for 60000 pounds. But they are not providing any flight tickets or any initial accommodation. No relocation assistance at all.
