I’m a Manager (8YoE total, 2 of which at my current Manager role) at a tech firm (not a huge one) and I’m eyeing an Intelligence Analyst Role with YouTube. Is that considered a step “down” from a career-level perspective? Are Analyst roles at Google considered entry-level or from a salary-standpoint would I still be able to match my current salary relatively?

On my dashboard, it says 'In progress' but the selected applicants are meant to have interview preparation sessions in 2 days. I never received any further updates after playing the Imbellus game as well. Is it sensible to assume it is a rejection?
