I wanted to check if I'll get the referral bonus if the referred employee completes 3 months while I'm on notice period?

I found out today that my O1B application for the US has been approved. After losing my previous visa status when my agency decided not to renew it, thus leaving me temporarily unemployed and isolated in a foreign country during a global pandemic, I feel like I can finally exhale after 3 months of holding my breath and hoping for the best. I have built relationships with and respect them highly, but am unsure of my future plans - am strongly considering grad school in the fall.
