I attended HR round on 5 th April in one mid sized company in which they asked location expected CTC and all.But, after that didn't received any update after submitting documents.Does this means they rejected me?

Silly post but....
I’m quarantining with my mom b/c I moved back home during the pandemic. My mom gets annoyed at me cause I look like a bum and wants me to wear more jewelry to look ladylike. She has a small special gold necklace that she wants me to wear everyday. I’m SO irritated that she’s “making” me wear it. It’s my body, & I don’t think I should be forced to wear something I don’t want. She thinks I should do it for her. Am I being petty? We have a good relationship, but this is annoying

Been with my company 1.5 years out of school in the same position and my manager still refuses to have a conversation about my career trajectory, promotions, pay, and title change.

Been job hunting for 5 months and haven’t found a good fit yet.
