I’m an insurance analyst 2 (servicing) for nationwide. I have a P&C insurance license, just slightly over two years experience, a 1.5 year 100% quality evaluation record. I have gotten to the current position I am in very quickly, comparatively to other folks b/c of my performance. I work odd hours to receive additional pay, which is good. I believe I make about $57k. I just earned my Masters i. Health administration and i am looking for a nursing home administrator in training positions in thd state of ohio; in order to obtain my license.

Thought my employer would cut my 401k contribution to exactly meet the $19.5k limit, but looking at my paycheck now, and the portion over $19.5K went to ‘after tax 401k’. Is contributing after tax to the 401k a good idea in general? We already max out two 401ks, two back door roths, an HSA, and contribute to after tax brokerage. TIA!

1)Wipro, which offers 20 LPA CTC and the client is Blackstone

2)Sony, which offers 17 LPA CTC and I will be part of Sony Pictures.

3)Accenture, which offers 13.24 and 21% as performance bonus also a skill bonus of 1.3 L where my annual compensation can vary from 15 LPA to 16 LPA and 2.6 L joining bonus.

Wipro and sony may give 1L of joining bonus.
