In my last trimester with the first baby and I’m extremely unmotivated at work… worrying about actual birth, worry about having a baby, worrying about loosing job with a baby and debt (just general anxiety at this point). My sleep has been reduced to 3-5 hours max a day since beginning of 2nd trimester (that’s with all the bathroom breaks every hour at night AND counting nap minutes throughout the day). I can’t think clearly and my mood is literally a rollercoaster ride. It’ll get better right?

Hi mommies - has anyone had a child born with a heart murmur, specifically ASD. My baby was born with an ASD, and I’m worried and have a lot of anxiety! [Maternity leave / pregnancy question] Have any fish timed new jobs with when they’re planning to have a baby? Or has anyone become pregnant quickly after joining a new company?

Context: I want to leave my firm but most new companies have a 1 year requirement in order to get maternity leave. If I get pregnant before/during finding a new job, worried I’ll be SOL. I don’t want to wait due to fears I won’t be able to conceive.

How do you assure yourself that your baby (7 months) is crying at night for reasons that can be helped by sleepy training and not pain or illness? My daughter cries bloody murder, like she’s in horrible pain or something, several times a night. There’s no “always” solution: sometimes she settles with a bottle, sometimes with cuddles, sometimes a diaper change, etc. I’m just at loss, especially as she is perfectly fine and happy during the day.
