I’m Interviewing for a promotion tomorrow and I am wondering what a typical pay increase is for a move from agent to SME for a large tech company in Austin. Everything I am reading is based on stats from 2019 or 2020. I know how much people have gotten in the past for the same move at my company and in the event that they offer me something similar I am wondering if it would be acceptable for me to negotiate for more due to inflation? For the bgc verification in TCS, my bgc documents are showing as accepted. And I had the matrix verification for address last month also. After joining, again i got mail that matrix verification team will send mail for the address verification. Anybody has idea why again this mail came?

Any advice for a couple where one person runs really warm and the other has a cooler body temperature - how do you manage this while sleeping? I feel my body produces a lot of heat. My partner and I love to hold each other at night but post an argument yesterday, he pulled away and told me my body is too hot. I feel I’ll worry about this each time we cuddle now and it will ruin the quality of that experience for me. Would love other perspectives on how to think about this.

I am data engineer with 3.8 YOE. I have offers from Accenture (11.5), tcs (11 LPA), wipro (14 LPA) and Publicis sapient (15 LPA).

Now I'm not so good at coding.
