I am driving both me and my husband crazy. We both work from home in a 4 bedroom home pretty decent size. My husband wants to do daycare and id prefer a nanny. Thankfully money isn’t the the concern, it’s more he thinks we’ll be distracted and I am nervous about anti-vax people and rise of polio and whooping cough. We went to a daycare we liked but they did they allowed religious exceptions which makes me uncomfortable. Would love to get feedback.

Hello! I just passed the patent bar a couple of months ago so I'm applying to my first patent agent roles. However, I only have a masters in law, not a JD, so I have no summer associate experience, and every position wants experience first. My India salary was less (13 lpa) and I was only getting promises for travel. Finally I decided to resign and got an offer (28 lpa). Now my company is saying there is a ready to move position in another project. But, things have changed, my wife is pregnant and I feel like my parents need me more as they are dependent on me.
