How do you go about learning a completely new role? Everyone is different, but looking for fresh perspectives. I come from an org where my success was measured by tangible contributions (code and reports leading to $$$ revenue) and moved to a stretch role outside of coding and a position that didn't previously exist. Feel like I'm not contributing to the extent I was and should be.
