After i cleared all the rounds. HR told me- initially we were hiring for 2 positions one is filled already & other one is in hold due to recession. After 2 weeks i got a call from them asking me if i am still interested they have re-opened and now i am again waiting for the offer letter they said it will take 2 days for approval from finance

I've risen in my org to a Sr. Director level running a virtual BU, but seem to have maxed out my title and responsibility despite a history of exceptional results & solid relationships. A mentor ~3 years back was pushing me for VP, but left for a CRO role and since have been stagnant despite doing my best work.
