I applied for a UX Position in Nagarro.. after about 10-12 days i got an email asking me to fill up a small form with just the college and year of passing details. However the form states it is for campus recruitment and i am 19years experienced. I reverted back to the email mentioning the same. However, i haven't heard back from them been over 5 days.

Any suggestions?

I honestly feel like I'm going crack. I just started IB about half a year ago, and I can tell a lot of the stress that makes it unbearable is linked to being WFH.

Do Hiring Managers identify concern over a candidate’s job hopping at resume review / interviews only, or also during background check? Asking because I left consulting after 1 month, and have been at my current firm for 2 years. I’ve left the 1 month role off my resume, but reporting it on the background check; thus wondering if I’d be questioned about it if they saw it in the background check.

Interviewed recently with @VillageMD. Anyone have any insight about the remote Medical assistant positions? Preferably someone who does or did work in that type of position with this company. How was the workload? How much time is usually spent on the phone answering calls?

Is it commonplace to be tentatively placed into a promoted role for 6 months before actually earning the promotion? Can I incorporate the tentative position into a salary discussion.

I’m a pretty anxious person and I’ve realized that a remote work environment only makes me more so - not being able to read people’s tone well, email/ping responses being more delayed than they would be in a conversation, the awkwardness of virtual meetings, etc. I’m in therapy and will discuss this there but would love to hear some tips about how people manage work anxiety specifically in a remote consulting environment.
