Hiring freeze question-do we expect them to cut more senior roles( L7/L8) or more junior roles(L4)?

I have an offer of C1-Architect stream as Java full stack developer.
If I want to get into management or Technical Manager role after joining Wipro, is that possible or I will need to get into an Architect role only ?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
