For those working in sales with ARR, what is your commission structure/payout? I am an AE for a SaaS startup and my commission is 7%—- but it’s paid out quarterly as it accrues based on customer invoicing. I think you can do the math and understand why I ask.

Honestly, I want to get acclimated into the company. I want to start working and meeting coworkers and dive into the culture. I just don't want to meet them my first day lol im an introvert... what can i say that wont sound bad? Reason why i wont be joining them this time but will the next time?

I got a D in a marketing class that I simply took to reach 150 credits. I already graduated, earned my degree and I am scheduled to start working full-time next week. Should I be this paranoid/worried that my offer is going to be rescinded?
Would sincerely appreciate any insight
(I took 18 credits/6 classes and earned three A's, two B+ & a D-)
Hi All, this query/question is to all the employees working with TCS. Do these recruiters really read our emails.
After accepting offer letter, the POC was given for any further query or concern but neither they respond to pur mail nor they answers the call. I wanted to have a discussion regarding counter offer but they doesn't give any shit.
They didn't even care to send formal reply over mail. They are worse than government employees who dont even check query sent on email.Tata Consultancy
TCS follows 8/9 hour work policy ?
