It depends on the position because there are job positions that need an experienced person, but there are other positions where an important thing is a person who has the main training to later train from the company that hires him.
I value experience more than a degree, and at the same time, I take a lot into account the person's ability to adapt because sometimes the company trains you and you must be open to learning new things.
I take the degree into account, achieving a professional degree not only speaks of how prepared a person is but also of how disciplined and committed they are, obtaining a degree is not an easy thing, it is a long road.
The easiest thing is to say that a mixed situation of training with experience is taken into account, but the experience is not always a sign of quality, since a person can have 10 years of experience doing the same thing, and when it is their turn to do something different they will not be very willing as it can also happen that the person has a title but few team skills.
