Hiring managers: What are the top items you look for in a UX design portfolio from someone that doesn’t have experience and has just finished a boot camp course?

For those of you hiring in tech, how has it been looking for talent and filling roles? From what I’ve heard, entry level roles seem easy to fill but experienced roles are still really difficult to find talent for…..is that what everyone else is seeing?

How would you use Glassdoor salaries? I am a sr analyst with 2 years in sr role & 5 years total experience.

A) Look @ Sr positions w/ 2 years experience (since I've been in role 2 years)

OR

B) Look @ sr positions w/ 5 years experience

I am currently working at Accenture as Application development senior analyst with the CTC of 8LPA (3.5+years exp). I love my job here , all my leads are supportive and I can say I am way too much comfortable here. When I reach 5 years, definitely I will get TL promo here.
Now I have another offer in TCS with 11.5 LPA with same role(Senior Analyst).
Should I consider joining TCS for the package , or should I wait in Accenture for 1 year to get team lead promotion?

I’m a sales professional in the EdTech space. We were acquired about 2 years ago and there’s been some growing pains. I was promoted to this position in January under the impression that my bonus payout would be quarterly. Shortly after Q1, the comp said they had up to 60days to pay us out. I currently have no idea when I’m getting paid out or the precise amount. New bonus structure plans are coming out as we start a fiscal year. How would you go about renegotiating salary/ bonus payout?

Seeking advice. I work in fashion as a Creative Producer and I'm looking to transition to a PM or Digital Producer role with an AD agency to get more experience. I haven't been able to land a PM role because I'm lacking agency experience and no one seems to want to train a newbie. I am living with a spouse with whom my relationship has at an all time low. I can see he doesn't like me (if I am being honest, his reasons are fair).
I am a generally "sad" person and apart from our 5 year old son, I don't have any joy in my life. I spend a lot of time with my son and we both love him to bits and show him that everyday.

Hi everyone…we currently hired a “marketing assistant” who has no degree or experience in marketing or design. I’m being asked to train them, their background is retail so they’re not even familiar with basic corporate programs (Microsoft & outlook). Is it wrong to be offended? 😂 I’ve being studying graphic design since HS, my degree is Visual communications/graphic design. Now I’m being asking to just “show them” how to use the creative suite for graphics!!

No matter how I format my resume, cover letters, or any of my experience/portfolio, I never get any response when applying. I even started reaching out to hiring managers via LinkedIn and still nothing. My first role I was leading & creating for some of the biggest global clients & working on every side of the project pipeline confidently, way beyond my job title. People tell me “I’m not worried for you at all” when I was laid off, as if I should be swimming thru offers
