How should I tailor my UCLA health profile for optimal results when applying for jobs? Specifically for research assistant jobs.

There is a baked-in experience section in the UCLA Health portal. However, the UCLA Health portal does not allow me to include specific laboratory skills obtained in education. Does HR review the attached resume? Should I make a new resume that only includes info not in the employment section already?

I got a mail confirming my selection in the DSE programme (cleared both rounds). In mail it is written that the role change will be effective from July 01 and official letters will be shared by mid of August.

From when I can expect the financial benefits/incentives?

Is anyone else applying while in school for something else? Do you also feel pressured to be "perfect" since we need to attach transcripts to our application, where quantitative declines in performance are clearly visible?

The job itself doesn't have much to do with veterinary medicine, but they do require you to have experience in veterinary medicine. Which I have 17 years of high level specialty/emergency medicine background.

I am interviewing with a company. Last week, one week after the interview, my hiring manager reached out to me with a couple of clarifying questions. We talked then I sent him recommendation letters from my previous employers. He said that I should have an answer from them this week whether I get an offer or not. I haven’t heard back since and yesterday I reached out to the recruiter to get some status updates. She has not responded. It’s already Friday. Is it a bad sign or am I overthinking?

Been with my firm for 3.5 years now, and I got a new job that starts in a few weeks and I'm too punk to announce that I'm leaving. Truth is I hate letting people down, and I also love my team.

Curious to what an average salary for a IT Account Manager is? I feel I am underpaid (50K base). My yearly quota is $700,000 and I have hit that in the first 7 months. I do make 10% of what I sell. Does anyone know how to successfully transition from academia clinical research into industry clinical operations? I’m currently at a director level of a large research program in academia and oversee operations. Prior to that I was a clinical research coordinator with extensive trial experience from study startup-close out.
