I had my phone screen on Friday afternoon with the hiring manager. He told me he did 4 phone screens this week including mine and has 2 more this week. He told me the next step would be a second phone interview and then the Loop. I sent a thank you note afterwards. How soon after your phone screen were you told that you were moving forward in the process?

A hiring manager & a recruiter from MSFT (2 diff reqs) just contacted me to pursue the FT offer once more. What should I do? Should I tell them about the internship? Would they wait 11 wks for me?
