Today I received a call from the Accenture recruiter who had discussed my HR round and my profile was put on hold. She told me that at level 10 the maximum fixed salary can be 11.10 LPA and rest variable.
11.10 is fine or can they increase upto 13 LPA?
I told her to proceed my profile although I am having offers from other organisation like PWC with 14 fixed, but I beleive Accenture is better in terms of work life balance and onsite opportunity.

I have an offer in PE VP role in Citco and JPM and I am at cross road on which is one to company to choose. Their pay is very similar but JPM is offering an attractive signing on bonus. I need a honest advise on which is better between these two firms.

Base range is 160-185. 15K stock per year, sign on and yearly bonus. I am hoping to build out my rental portfolio and don’t plan on staying at this position more than a year and a half (because of deferred MBA program I am pursuing 2023) so I am looking at asking for 160, no stock, and a 25k-30k sign on bonus is this reasonable or am I short selling myself.
