Hilton night #90 this year. Still going strong
A general question. For how many years of experience - lead engineer position is given in SocGen ? I know it depends on performance but have seen employees with 7+ yrs get lead position while someone like me having almost 8.8 years was still given the role of Specialist software engineer.

JSOL in Ballston
What’s your budget and what are you looking for? I have lived in 672 Flats in Ballston and loved it. Also lived in the Meridian at Ballston Commons (but did not love that one lol).
Best of luck in your apartment search! Ballston has lots of new food options available, has a Target and Harris Teeter, is right by the metro, has a nice movie theater (pending covid), and is close enough to Clarendon if you want to go out to bars. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out 😊
Liberty Tower and the View as well at 4040 are going to have the best views
What’s your budget? I recently moved out of a 1 bedroom condo in Clarendon and I know the owners are still looking for new tenants (2100/month). It’s a great building and they are amazing landlords. Let me know if you are interested and I can send you the info.
Are you looking for a large complex? What amenities? Budget or neighborhood? There are a lot of options so additional information would help. I have done a lot of research and live here now, but don’t want to flood you with things that match your criteria.
I don’t mind a large complex. The things I am particular about is a gym in the building, a building that is clean and well maintained, and relatively modern. Budget is under $2000.
Whispering oaks, meridian at courthouse commons (unless 5th floor on phase 2 building), Sedona slate, central place
I’m moving out of a 2 BR/2 B in a condo building, $2700 (negotiable) + utilities. DM me if interested, and I can send you the link!
Definitely outside my budget, it’s all yours BAH1!
My budget is under $2000 all-in (parking + utilities). I’m essentially looking for a 1 bedroom, in a clean, nice apartment, in a lively area.
Not sure if you’re looking for something super nice considering you have a larger budget than my friend, but my friend just started a lease with a covid deal for around $1200/mo. in Pentagon City
I live in Pentagon City right now and would not recommend it. SO much construction and noise. Specifically I live in the Aura (formerly a Meridian) and it has terrible water issues - like water shut offs once a month and flooding.

Origin in ballston is pretty nice, and rixey as well (though not sure if they're still leasing or fully converted )
They offered up leasing again during covid but not sure if they stopped it again
Came here to ask same thing. Thanks for the help haha
I was going to suggest either The Concord or The Witmer (Crystal City and Pentagon City) but I just saw your budget and these two are probably out of that range, except maybe for smaller studios
Penrose Square. I live on top of restaurants, Starbucks, and a grocery store.
If I didn’t live here, I would live at the Bartell (I think that’s the name). It’s gorgeous. On top of Wholr Foods.
