Hi Team, I got interviewed in LTI and I got confirmation mail from HR that I am selected for discussed role and they want my documents to go ahead for offer letter. 2 weeks they didn't respond me and stopped taking my calls and now HR said position is on hold after and under review, I am serving my notice period in current company since I resigned after offer and didn't give any interview in between because offer and HR was really promising.

I want to understand how variable pay component works in wipro please correct me if my understanding is correct or not.

Total CTC offer to me by Wipro is 13.5 lpa out of which 101256 is variable pay.

variable pay paid every quarter is 101256/3
ie 25314

So my fixed CTC = 1350000-101256
ie 1248774


So first month i will be getting 85k + salary

And fourth month ie once the quater ends i will be getting 85000+ 25314 ie more than 1.10 lacs??

I am a part of wipro DOP (MDPS) as a senior associate since october 2020 and joined as a fresher back then. I am now being pushed to take up as a TL because of my performance and contribution to the project management. However i feel with just 2 years of experience if i take the position i might have to stay much longer in the company than i intend to as a minimum requirement for position of TL elsewhere is 4 years of experience as associate.
