hi fishes, I have joined Iti as a lateral.
After joining they have asked me to collect laptop from office. When i went, the laptop was not in a great condition and was refurbished. I am guessing it was used almost 3 to 4 years before me.

I asked them for a new laptop and they said they dont have new laptop in stock, i even checked with my manager she said she is also using refurbished laptop so no problem.
Anyone else faced this problem earlier?. If yes how did you act on it?

Hello , I joined as an aws data engineer in oct-21 band b2 , my first project got shelved and since then I am working in analytics data science project in the insurance vertical. Overall the team is quite supportive wlb is good but i don’t think it’s adding value to what I want to work on.

I have not heard anything about that. Your state association will normally grant you a 3 month extension pretty easily. Most allow you to email them and request it and they will respond with an extension. It doesn’t buy you a lot of time through it really only can be used if you have 1 (maybe 2) parts left to finish.
