Decided to actual invest in tech and furniture to make WFH be more pleasant. What are your must haves for a good home office set up? I’m thinking of buying a larger monitor and a better camera. Anything else you guys love?

I have a good relationship with my Practice Leader, and they’ve put me up for Partner this year (🤞). But I have a competing, higher-comp, offer for direct admit Partner at another, larger firm. Tbh, I’m thinking about it. Should I discuss with my Practice Leader?

I’m probably not going to use it for leverage, as I think that’d sour things, but want to make it known - if there any doubts - that I have options elsewhere. Should I leak it to a different Partner that I am considering this offer?

For those who have obtained the CFF certification:
I was asked to put together a working plan to obtain my CFF credential. I’m aware of the 2 certificate program (Core and Specialized) through the AICPA that will lead to the CFF. Does anyone have experience in how long it would take to complete the certificates and if there are other necessary or helpful study materials that would be useful? For background, I’m 6 months into working at this firm and have touched a variety of cases.

Looking for strap options for a new Datejust 36 (steel/yellow gold, white dial, fluted bezel).
