Trying to get a sense of what to expect and what is realistic. Going from 2BR apartment to 3BR house + home office and finished basement. Aside from furniture and potential repairs, what other big purchases came up?

Looking for a treadmill for a standing desk. But also want one that I can run on. I would like walking distances to go up to 4-4.5 and running up to 8-9 mph. Would be great to have one of those that the rail and be moved and the treadmill placed under the desk for walking. Incline would be great. Any suggestions or is it technically not feasible to have all of this in one machine?

I had an interview where the interviewer was acting extremely weird-almost as if she was trying to deter me from wanting the position. I shared about it in another bowl and many people suggested reaching out to the recruiter. After a lot of anxiety and overthinking, I reached out.
