We recently bought a small set from Yardbird (direct to consumer). They have a few retail stores in the Midwest. We purchased a modular loveseat, chair, and ottoman for something like 1500 total. Pretty solid quality (aluminum frame, they have a wicker as well, as well as sunbrella fabric. I would give them a look.

I have a tile top table set from Lowes. Three years in the sun / snow (northeast) and it's still great. Seats 6 people and the set was pretty inexpensive.

I have this same tile top table and love it! Had it for 5 years now and it's survived the Canadian winter without any rusting. The tiles can easily be swapped out with different tiles as well if you want to change up the look every few years.

We have a small patio and purchased the Longshore Tides Dravin set (3+2 add on) to make a sectional. Just got it so we will see how it holds up. Beautiful to look at though.

This isn't the exact set we got from Costco a couple of years ago (ours has a metal table), but this is about the same price and we really like it: https://www.costco.com/sante-fe-5-piece-sling-dining-set.product.100508476.html

Does contributing to 401k beyond the match make sense? You can’t touch it until you’re 59.5. If i were to invest on my own in various etfs Ill pay the 22% tax upfront and then cap gains would be 15% when i sell. I’d have freedom to use that money to invest in real estate. when i pull my yearly salary out in retirement I’d Atleast be in the 22% bracket if not higher. Since the last 3 dem presidents have increased spending like crazy i expect massive tax hikes in the future. Am i wrong?

I am facing issues regarding launchpad.
1. In the experience section, I am not able to write the landline contact number as it asks for a 10 digit number and the landline number with code is more than that 10 digits.

2. Also, my first 2 companies have stopped their operations in the Noida location, so can i write their head office location and its contact number.

3. In the education section, it just asked for the graduation details, no details were asked for 10th and 12th.

When saving docs to the system, I notice some firms consistently put the project name first and title second, e.g., Project Mountain - Escrow Agreement. I don’t know why, but it bothers me not having the document title first. If for instance my browser/window is too small, all you see is Project Mountain—not Escrow Agreement. Also feel like it’s easier if you were to sort alphabetically. So unimportant, but is there a reason for project name first?

Government tries to shut it down. “Robot army is bad for America”, they say. You know better. You unless your robot dogs, only the animal human loving dogs rebel and save us all
