I feel lucky that we can afford to homeschool but I'm nervous too! It's going to be hard to keep them focused.

Looking for guidance. I have over 12 years of experience running dental offices. I’ve always had my hands in marketing and social media and consider myself more of a self taught digital marketer. I’ve taken a 2 year course with Duke University to learn more about digital marketing. I started a dental marketing agency but I am having a hard time overcoming ads for lead generation. I need to learn the ins and outs to be able to create results for my clients. What steps would you suggest I take?

How much are you getting paid? How many years of experience do you have? What specialty? What is the metropolitan city you work in?

I live in south Florida and work in the city of Fort Lauderdale. I work at a level one trauma/teach hospital (with 750ish beds). I have a total of 1 year of experience on a medical/surgical telemetry trauma floor. My base pay just went up to $28.65.

I know I do not have that much experience but I'm starting to feel like I should be getting paid more.
