US immigration related question: My wife’s prior employer filed in EB2 and she got a i140, but later the employer revoked it after she moved to a new company. The new company started the process all over again and she got her i140 approved, but we realized they filed it in EB3!! Her priority date is current in EB2. Has anyone been in this situation? She was really hoping to file for i485. Is there anyway this can be remediated?

I submitted my Canada visitor visa on 13th oct and my biometric is on 28th October from USA!
When can I expect approval? I have an international travel from 27th Nov after that I will be 2 Months outside of USA!

I have got my L2 Dependent Visa stamped for the US through the Wife's organization and she has booked the tickets for the both of us in the next weekend. I am currently unallocated in TCS and seeking projects in the same US location as my Wife. Can I travel to the US just like that and then continue my search within TCS from there or do I need any approvals to even fly in the first place?

I'm currently attending lot of interviews, some interviewers are courteous, introduced them, their work experience, what they do and then ask me to introduce myself. While there are interviewers who don't even tell their name or anything, just join the interview and start asking questions, some interviewers don't even apologize if they join late.
One thing I noted is, these guys are generally not managers or HR, someone who have 1 or 2 years more experience than me.
Any experiences?

All I want is to aggressively pay off debt, earn a bit higher paycheck, be more balanced and consistent and reliable, improve my health and take better care of myself, and not almost exclusively dread my job. How do I qualify for a waiver of the interview when renewing the H1B in the same US consulate where I originally got the visa? Context: Italian, renewing the H1B that is expiring this summer. The website says says that an interview is not required but only gives the option to schedule one 2 months from now - which is too late for me.
