I’m 23 and <1 year in consulting since graduating. I work at a lesser known firm doing big 4-comparable work, and lately I’ve been feeling anxious about my choice in starting company. From LinkedIn research and general lack of awareness of what I really want to do, I feel like the lack of prestige of the company I started with will prevent me from succeeding big in the future. There’s no loyalty to your agency or bond with your team. It’s just what can I do to get ahead. The juxtaposition between this and now working client side has been so glaring.
