Hi fishes, what are the chances of Pwc AC bangalore rescinding an offer given the current market condition? The role in my offer letter seems to be pretty generic and during interviews, it didn't look like, they were interviewing for a particular project or team. I have doubts specifically because of HR's behaviour during the whole recruitment process where they never responded to my emails or calls. Is this normal practice?

McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company been working here one year and received pretty positive feedback. Given the expectation for people of my tenure to transition to EM in a year or so, I can’t see myself staying due to the WLB as an EM. I’m 35 and have 2 young kids. Can it even be realistically done? Would love to stay but I don’t see a balance which would keep my family happy. What options do I have from there?

Move to Salesforce, sell the enterprise software bs, skills imo are a lot more transferable but you still work on proprietary pos software.

Nah. I did tech implementations and used that to move to the business side. You develop a lot of process knowledge with SAP or anything else and that can translate well. My client business partners hired me after one project then I jumped after 2 years to another job in industry with a 70% TC increase. I did a lot of SAP APO.
Job 1 - leading analytics and transformational projects for a department in supply chain. Job 2 - leading long term planning and strategy analytics in e-commerce supply chain
Working with SAP right now and I agree. Thankfully switching jobs soon 🙏🏼
Why do you feel that SAP skills are not good to have ? Please explain and elaborate your thoughts ?
Also, technical skills are valued more and more in “business” or “strategy” jobs. Industry jobs on the business operations or strategy side look for people with certain tool experience or hard skills.
Odd, don’t most Fortune 500 companies run Sap?
