Do people think that remote roles limit upward mobility?
It seems that remote work is generally viewed as desirable given the flexibility it provides and the possibility of receiving high TC while living in a LCOL area. I wonder though if joining a company remote will ultimately make it harder to gain more responsibility and receive higher TC. I also wonder whether there is anything that prevents a company from changing their remote policy, thus forcing a move. Maybe this is too new to know.

Father began ignoring me once I became pregnant after a 2 yrs together. He respects my wish to keep baby but rudely says he’ll get involved once baby arrives.
