Yup, but depends, it's kind of a fine line, or a 50-50 situation or even a 60-40 risk but still it's worth the effort to putforth your ideas!

In some cases it definitely backfires!

I’m always honest and while I feel like it can definitely be hurtful to people, I feel like they respect me and come to me for advice more.

I have an associates degree and 3 years of experience as a process operator at a oil distillation refinery. It’s shutting down and I really feel lost/ scared.
