I was employed all throughout the pandemic, I have a great job that afforded me the ability to move into a wonderful apartment last year and get a brand new car this weekend, I didn’t catch covid at all throughout the pandemic, my autoimmune disease finally went into remission, I have the best friends ever, and I have the most supportive family in the entire world. I have a lot to be thankful for!!

I’m actually really thankful to be able to work from home. Something that was totally unimaginable 2 years back is now the norm. It’s allowed me to spend more time with my family and balance my personal life

I'm super thankful for the authors that have taught me so much from the books I've listened to this year. I feel like I've grown so much from who I was and I'm in such a better place in life right now.

Violent, radical right.

I actually don't think that the right is violent or radical, but I'm tired of people using non-political, quotidian violence in America to paint the left as extreme and mob-like

California attorneys — I am having difficulty finding authority concerning the use of a rejected (partial) settlement offer to claim that a party failed to mitigate their damages. I.E. plaintiff could have mitigated if they accepted the (partial) settlement offer. Defendant offered to settle one claim (without affecting the others). Plaintiff rejected. The value of damages has increased over time and now defendant claims that plaintiff failed to mitigate because they did not accept the offer. TY
