Im someone with a "business" background (supply chain, procurement) that went to work for as a consultant for tech consulting firm after finishing my MBA, but now having trouble finding a project. Got my PSM 1 cert, but not sure what else to do. Not a technical person, never coded. What would you recommend someone in my position to focus on? I'd like to remain on the project management/BA side of the business. TIA!
Got an offer in PA for a Manager position for 120k. Currently making 90k - is it worth leaving? Same job details except at EY, I’m a Senior 2 and up for a Manager promotion in October 2022.. 🤦🏻♂️

What's the process of experienced hiring after giving technical interview, registered on ibegin too? I have interview (15+ years Exp) on 30-sep and on ibegin, this status says "Evaluation in Progress". What are next steps and how much time it usually takes? Also my all documents are uploaded, but they are in "Pending Verification", usually when do they verify them?
What is the comparison level for McKinsey with Deloitte ? Approached by a Mck recruiter for a associate partner role, but just made M at D. Is that a step up?
I want to leave now. I feel like this depression and anxiety become a trauma that affects me personally and professionally. My former and trusted colleagues who left earlier try to talk me to push myself further and leave after the bonus but i feel like a battle every day and every minute is so long and slow to pass by. Things that used to be easy and inspiring become difficult and suffering. Is anyone in the same position? How do you push yourself? Or should i just stop pushing and just leave.
Anyone care to shed some light on UBS and their inner workings (culture, career growth etc) Considering a position in their Reg Reporting group and Glassdoor isn’t cutting it.
Question for MBB consultants: Is there a set path to transition from a big 4 advisory (cyber) position to an equivalent consulting role at the big 3? Or is such a transition not possible without an mba?
Currently work at AWS in Business Intelligence and am looking to transfer into Product Management. Looking at MBB eventually. In my experience, most people from MBB have FAANG as their exit op. Why?
Looking to leave big4 and return to the practice of law, preferably in house counsel somewhere. In my search, I notice some of the big4 firms (e.g, PWC) are actually hiring in house legal counsel. Curious to know details about these positions and departments if anyone has insight. Good/bad culture, pay, how you’re evaluated, etc.?

Considering applying to EYP for the SA Finance M&A role. Can any 🐠 share insight in culture, work hours, types of projects etc? Coming from MC
What is the benefit of working for a big 4 over a mid size? From what I’ve seen the money is comparable and work life balance seems to favor mid size. If you aren’t worried about exit opportunities it seems like mid size is a better option.
Have an interview for a federal job. Would it be ok to ask if there's an expected timeline for their decision at the end? I really want this position, but I don't want to hold off on other things if it'll take months for them to finalize selection.
I have trouble opening up to men emotionally and being vulnerable. I mimic and match their level of sharing but do not initiate it. Just my personality or side effect of anxiety? I get sick to stomach
What would a role working with the founders of a startup on anything from marketing, operations, to hr be called?
I switched to a new in house role for a health care company in February, this is the organization’s first in house role. The outside counsel they have worked with closely and is respected in the field has had a series of MAJOR misses this year and I need to deal with this, I am cognizant that I am new and younger and want to be respectful. Working on a plan for legal services going forward and any advice would be helpful. He is nearing retirement so I don’t know if that is part of it.
Weird random thoughts of the day. Do you think it’s possible to make 7 figures in the SAP world? This would prolly take in to account bonus’s structures things of that nature.
Expecting 2nd B4 offer this week, is there anything else you can negotiate besides base salary and signing bonus?
I work at a boutique that is not very well known, I went on sick leave for personal reasons, which they have been very supportive of. And while on it I received an opportunity to back to a big name I worked for before moving to the boutique. I've only been here for about 7 months. Would it look bad if I agreed to take the offer to boomerang? I'm very confused, everyone I know is saying I shouldn't do it.
Transition to HRBP - which Cert? I’ve got the time and experience (mostly) to sit for the PHR or SHRM-CP. What are your recommendations based on industry experience. Also note I’m pivoting from a program director role.
Moms, need some advice. Husband and I have decided to try to get pregnant. I love the thought of having a baby but there is this nagging anxiety about life changing drastically & the thought of how good of a mom I will be. I don’t take well to big changes in life so knowing this is going to be physically & emotionally different is worrying me. Anyone been through this?

Has anyone made a mistake that prevented a deal from closing before? Did the partners blacklisted you from future deals? Did you get fired? So anxious and don’t know what to do…
Is there a better city than the A in terms of diversity, cost of living, weather, airport, and overall stuff to do (nightlife, outdoors)? Some contenders (although doesn’t fit every category) include Dallas, Houston, Austin, Philly, Chicago, NOLA, some FL cities, Seattle, Denver, & Phoenix in my opinion

When did Marriott get so cheap? I’m staying at a Westin hotel in Houston and the free breakfast for ambassadors includes coffee, toast and water. They also charged me $10 a day for a microwave. I’ve never been charged for a microwave at any hotel… EVER!

How is Kearney ME in terms of project and wlb vs. mbb and tier 2? I have an offer to join them from Europe and trying to decide if worth the move
How can I politely ask about work/life balance in an interview? I’m interviewing for a lateral move tomorrow for a job that I’m beyond qualified for (the internal recruiter is concerned that they won’t be able to afford me). The reason I am considering a lateral move is because I desperately need balance back especially during the pandemic. How can I phrase a question when interviewing that will give me an honest answer?
ZS 🐠! A friend with 10+ years experience in the pharma industry would like a referral. Can anyone help him out?
What other consulting firms have a prominent supply chain consulting practice besides MBB, the Big 4 accounting firms, and Kearney?
Has anyone used a salary (offer) negotiation service? I'm going to work for a midsized company and want to make sure I max compensation.
I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.
Expecting an offer from Alight for a Senior Consultant position in Workday AMS. What can I expect?
