Hope you all are having a splendid Friday. For those that are in BCG UK, what are your thoughts on Inverto and how does it compare to Ops consulting at BCG in terms of WLB, culture, pay, progression? Are people treated as second class citizens there?

Have done a couple of ops cases and had genuinely never heard of Inverto until right now. My guess is they must be pretty specialised and you wouldn't get a huge amount of exposure to core BCG, but maybe I just happen to have not come across them.
From Glassdoor, salaries also look a bit lower but that might be outdated.
We literally never hear about Inverto but I don’t think we would treat them any less well
Ah ok thanks both, I was under the impression that inverto is pretty well integrated into BCG, coz the recruiter who reached out to me mentioned inverto and BCG share the same office, network, resources and work on the same projects, but maybe as a separate sub workstream of a larger transformation project focussed on procurement and supply chain.
Inverto is well integrated in London and plenty of projects happen in conjunction with BCG ops. Soon to be fully integrated with tooling but for all intents and purpsoes (offices, access, facilities, perks), it is on par
Thanks! Very helpful. However, salaries on Glassdoor look quite a bit lower than BCG across all grades. Are they outdated?
