Option 1: Buy house right now and sell it after 5 years once kids reach preschool. School ratings are 3/10,4/10 in the area . (Plan for 3-4 years)

Option 2: Change spouse job and move to areas where schools are better right now and plan long term.

How important is a school district when buying the house ? Any good recommended areas I should scout ?
