Hoping to get some advice here as I am a recent masters graduate, only 3 years experience. Started a new senior account management job where I’ve been in training / job shadowing for 5 months, when our team should have launched months ago. Now, people are dropping like flies. Being my second career job with about 3 years of experience, should I stay to try to keep the “Senior Account Manager” position? I know it’s just a title, but I don’t want to take a step back career wise.

How is the pay and WLB? I would wait at least six months before considering another position

It’s 60, which for my masters degree the average is 70 leaving college. As I see it, a senior account management position that comes with with some leadership is more valuable in 3-5 years than taking a business development position (cold calling) where I can possibly make more but losing leadership experience. Would you say that is correct line of thinking?

Only you can determine whether you're comfortable staying or not. If you can tolerate it, then I'd give it a bit more time. If not, there's nothing wrong with changing title.

So to give some background, I currently have about 6-7 YOE in the BA/PM space, and my current position is 100k, with 10k annual bonus. The position I hold is as a Senior Business Analyst at the company I'm currently at.

I received an offer for a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst at Accenture for 128k annually with a 15k signing bonus. I'm hesitant due to the lower title, as I want to move back into PM work, and feel as if I'm taking a step down. Also, concerned with the WLB at Accenture.

Ugh, just got rejected from a senior level big tech opportunity. 4 month hiring process, multiple rescheduled interview days and no-shows, 10+ interviews in the end, multiple take home assessments, and took 2 days off work for the final round of interviews. Very frustrating and feel like they wasted my time in the end. Just a shambolic interview process in which I felt like a placeholder till they found who they really wanted.

And by that time if I receive any offer letter, I don't know what should I do?

Shall I reject the on site opportunity or go with it and reject the new offer?
