Oh yeah absolutely. And I’ll finally be able to fly to one of the hundred countries that literally closed their borders, because they will all open right back up as soon as the nov election happens.
Doubt it. There will be plenty to cover with the covid and flu duality. Then daily updates on the status of a vaccine. Then production of the vaccine, then distribution, then percent of the population who has received it, then how other countries are doing, travel restrictions, what Americans are doing post-covid interest stories.
Then there will be the debrief, what we could have done differently, then the anniversaries of XYZ, then the recap of the last x months, then back to more anniversaries of...🤣🤣🤣
Remember, you read it here first.
Consultant1, you are incorrect. When Covid started it spread extraordinarily rapidly. Now it spreads not as rapidly. That is because we are interacting less than we used to, on average. By definition, that will reduce the incidence of flu. How much? Hard to tell. Could well drive it close to zero. Or it could merely make a modest reduction in flu season, like 30%. I bet on the former. But your comment is completely uninformed. These things are driven solely by frequency of human interactions.
yeah, it will. but there will likely be much more about a proper response, with a centralized federal stance that doesn’t involve reading charts wrong and being proud “the US has less cases of death than the world.”
edit: because trump’s orange ass will be gone.
The federal government has the power to bring out a voluntary tracing plan, just for example.

I’ve been saying this since April. Every single other thing I called early has been proved correct. I expect my trend of predictions to continue
Actually Fauci was exactly correct when he predicted in March approximately 180,000 deaths by August. Yet he was vilified. https://www.timesleader.com/news/778178/fauci-us-could-see-up-to-200000-deaths
I dunno, I think this will continue to matter so long as we’re all working from home, limiting our social activities, and wearing masks everywhere we go. Oh, and tens of thousands of people dying every month. It’s kind of a big deal, you don’t need to watch or read the news to know something is off.

1,000 Americans die every day. That’s newsworthy. The only way the news stops covering this carnage is if we have a President with the courage and competence to defeat COVID.

We really need to do a better job funding education so people learn how to comprehend data.

Not a hot take this is a fact, the media will move on to the lefts next unsuccessful tactic of impeaching Trump
☝🏻Found the “plandemic” kook.
COVID isn’t even number one in the news though. New York Times doesn’t lead with it anymore, nightly news doesn’t have it as their first story, etc. This is just some strawman being built up by Fox News watchers who can’t just venture into other news sources (problem that persists on the left as well).
NM corona is the first story in the NYT app today.

Because of civil war part 2?
Yep people will be murdering their neighbors, but at least will be wearing their masks while engaged in pitched battle across Main Street. Maybe we’ll even have a good kuru epidemic if food supplies run low enough. But no covid in sight- we will have won the ‘cold’ war.

It’s a global pandemic. It’s not something made up to get Trump out of office, if that’s what you’re implying. It was actually Trump who first politicized it and that actually made things worse. Wearing a mask (or not) is now a political statement. (Imagine if covering your mouth - or not - when you sneeze were suddenly a reflection of your political beliefs!)
Depends the type of news outlets you follow
OP reads Q.
yeah that’s just not true. wait until winter and flu season drops.
How is the flu going to spread if these social distancing protocols and local orders continue? I’m a little annoyed this year’s flu season is already being called a “pandemic” or “twindemic” when there is no evidence to support lurking devastation on the horizon.
The Southern Hemisphere usually provides a leading indicator of the coming flue season. Reports are that Australia’s flu season was nearly non-existent.

Correct, COVID will become like the Flu...
