During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?

I’ve gone through 4 loops of interviews with the team panel interview including this person. I felt each loop has gone great. It’s been over a week since my final interview an I haven’t gotten a response from the recruiter, who’s generally been pretty responsive. What are is everyone’s thought on reaching out to the job referrer for an update?

Why does everyone try to introduce themselves first on courtcall? During physical appearances- prosecutor/plaintiff/petitioner always goes first. Half of courtcall hearings are spent sorting through the chaos that ensues when any counsel strays from this.
