Help & suggestions please. I don’t have parents and recently had a kid. I am having trouble in recovery and my daughter is a preemie. I am going back to work in December but can’t send kid to daycare due to health. My aunt who raised me wants to visit and help me out , see places too. With the travel ban going away , can she get a visitor visa so that I have someone reliable in the house along with the new nanny. Are visitor visas possible to get now ? MIL is another option but she is aged.

All of my friends and seems like everyone around is looking for a job change as I see on a average, everyone is getting close to 100% hike in new company, is this just a bubble, because hiring and job is wfh, or this trend continue even next year once the physical offices open up? I'm going through a bad FOMO, seeing everyone change companies and getting double the pay. Tried giving interviews, but many rejected me just because of my 90days notice period. What should I do? I’d love some help thinking through this. I’m currently renting for $1600 base ($1800 total) and live in the least desirable part of town, and expect it to raise to about $2k/month. Eventual goal is to move more rural but trying to build to FI. I found a property in my ideal dream location for $280k but it needs work, and can’t Airbnb it. Continued
