I’m a 28 year old male, living with gf. I think I’ve got covid - very feverish, cough, hot and cold sweats, pains etc. When I get sick I turn into a massive baby - definition of “man flu”. Is this a massive problem for women (ie a big turn off)? Luckily I only get sick once every 2-3 years, but this feels awful and I’m being a massive sook and I can’t help it lol…

My husband and I used to be very affectionate. We used to take at least 2 hrs everyday just to give each other emotional space. We would talk about what we’re feeling and why and so on. It used to be so fulfilling and beautiful.
But since we had a kid, all conversations are with a purpose. It’s either planning the next day, the next move, finances, etc. Amidst this, we lost focus on each other.

Is this normal? Has anyone else experienced this and got back to their original selves?

Getting married in the Caribbean end of February. Going absolutely nuts with the range of my RSVP emails. Young people “can’t wait, so excited!!!!”, old people “too afraid to travel”. If it were in January I’d prob postpone, but I kinda feel like end of Feb might be ok? And who’s to say if I move it there won’t be another variant. FWIW planning to require rapid tests, the country requires vaccines everywhere, etc but people are either v comfortable or not at all. 😑 no q, just commiserating

I’m an attractive 42 year old happily married mother of 4. I’m not drop dead gorgeous but a 8/10. Dads of my kids friends text me to invite my kids to activities and additional sport practices. I’m pretty naive and assume they’re doing it because they like my kids. I don’t want to send the wrong message by accepting. Are they interacting with me because of my kids or because I’m attractive? But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. For those of you with kids, I am looking to travel with my wife and son (who’ll be 2.5 years old at the time of travel) to either Greece or Italy - any suggestions on which one to do? Not planning on doing both in one trip and not looking for suggestions to consider alternatives. Simply looking for advice on which one to do with a toddler this age from those that have experience traveling with kids. Leaning towards Italy but I doubt a 2.5 year old cares much about Roman history.

Looking for a backpack for airplane and overnight travel. Not a backpacking bag (I have one of those) but rather a backpack that’s good for travel (by plane, car, bus) and can be used for a day pack or 1-2 nights. Something not overly big, but enough space and pockets for international plane travel (along with carry on Away bag). Any recommendations?
