I'm being offered an Asst. Mgr designation at KGS. What's the earning potential at AM band. I've cleared all rounds, and hold a offer at 19.6.

How much should I expect.

Started an in-house job after leaving a firm. I love it. Looking back on my old job, I now realize how gaslighted and manipulated I was. People at the new job treat me with such respect, it feels amazing (also sad that my bar is now so low).

As a result, I'm super motivated to do a good job and deliver, but this is a BIG job, one where I can't come close to clearing my plate every week. I'm working 12 hour days to be as responsive as I can, but I know that's a recipe for burnout. Advice?
