What is comp like for Consultant 1/2 at EYP?
"TCS has announced bands for all its associates as of 6th May ( associates above C3B will get it a week later), but hasn't announced any performance bands for associates servicing notice period. They have simply done this to cut costs, and not pay them their hike, for whatever period they're gonna stay in TCS." Tata Consultancy Fishes, what can we actually do to get this resolved and get the well deserved compensation? Can we approach legally or at the least internal escalation?

We just asked for a LOT of salary right sizing due to the market for those that were underpaid already. It took some effort, but it got approved. It’s cheaper to give someone a raise than to work on replacing them. Also, if it’s you seeking the raise, you don’t get what you don’t ask for. Put it out there.
Sometimes it isn’t just about the money. My soon-to-be former agency is seeing a lot of turnover because we’re leaving for better opportunities (that also come with a salary bump).
Ask for a raise if you have a string business case and proof of impact
