How are Amazon benefits for level 6 non-tech? I’m interviewing and not sure if it’s worth going through the 5 hrs interview if the benefits suck.

benefits are the same for all employees. you probably won’t get L6 if u don’t do well in the bar raiser interview session. You can find the benefits on their benefits webpage

As PwC eluded to, benefits are the same across tech vs. non-tech. I’d recommend going through the loop — you’ll either receive a compelling offer (if coming from PwC) or be better for the experience.

Reasons to interview - Get experience of the Loop Interesting new role? Better salary? Better benefits? Reasons not to interview - You are happy in your job

Not sure if anyone else deals with this, but I feel so inferior compared to my friends at medical school or those who went to Ivy post grads.
