How are big tech companies approaching salary for core jobs that used to be in the Bay Area but are now remote (North America wide)? Do they scale it based on city you live in?

Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.
However the GM at the time, quit 1 and a half months in. I was thrown into the role and have been handling it since.
My regional calls himself our GM but is never on site.
Was reluctant to cover my shifts when I became sick and requested time off for a few days. (4 days)
Any thoughts?

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). Just posting to this bowl - avoid Stripe. Stripe’s culture is trash for the following reasons:
- 15% Partially Meets Expectations target
- Asshole managers (mostly from Amazon)
- random PiPs and ‘disappearances’

- our inability to hire an external CMO, likely due to culture problems
- 2x’ing headcount during the pandemic, but bungling remote onboarding - 60% unfavorable Stripesat results from new joiners
