Hi, any lead technical consultants at Perficient out here. What is the average good pay considered for this role. Just got interviewed for this position and would want to know a rough $$ figure before my negotiation with HR.
Also, can you please highlight job stability within Perficient. Do they have a bench policy in case a project gets over.

Most companies have identified pay ranges for every role in major cities. Salaries are adjusted up or down based on where you fall within the range.
Scale. I think I took a $35K pay cut vs living in the bay area. It's a good deal. It would cost me way more than 35k to have the standard of living in the bay area.
They typically have tiers depending on the city/metro area and corresponding pay for each tier.
It scales based on the city/general area you live in, whether you are remote or hybrid.
Search a bit on google and you’ll find plenty of examples (and many being upset).
Some smaller companies (Eg Reddit) have all pay tied to HCOL rates and equal wherever but the biggest tech companies don’t seem to be doing this.
Yeah, there are Tiers and your salaray range falls within the Tiers your city falls into
Yes, most companies scale it based on city
Depends on the company, but most adjust based on COL.
yep, that's been my experience too
