Hello I currently work in a parts department of a dealership, with no room for advancements. Is there anyone with any advice or expertise, that could help me advance or advice to help choice a career within the same realm with the option of advancement?

I am current interviewing with Visa and they started the background check before the final round. The recruiter called me saying she’s already have an offer ready but I have to go through one final interview with the VP. However, he has been out of the office for the past two weeks. She mentioned they are not interviewing anyone else for the position, but I keep seeing the position being posted over and over again on LinkedIn. Any thoughts? I have other offers in the table.

I am a HR Generalist, I was called into my managers office and she informed me I was getting a verbal write up because she claimed I never told her that a supervisor was secretly changing peoples pay rates.
