The manager in on my engagement has a bad reputation for treating staffs badly. I found out that many staffs felt uncomfortable with the manager’s style of communication as well as always blaming on staffs instead of taking responsibility. I've always had trouble with things like attention, focusing, and feeling constantly overwhelmed. I started to feel hopeless, feeling burnt out (even worse than my old job). I spend hours diverted when I know I should get work done. I decided to get an evaluation after learning a lot more about ADHD. I was diagnosed as Primarily Inattentive and they are starting me on meds immediately. Will things get better from here? Will, I finally become a productive human being? Should I tell my manager?

Currently rolling over my 401k with a previous employer to my current employer, per their requirement.
The previous 401k intuition cut me a couple checks (pre-tax and Roth) and now I’m supposed to mail those to the institution running my new/current 401k.
Does this mean I had to close all my positions (a loss in most cases 📉) and now have to use that lump sum to purchase new funds, albeit a lower price point (at this moment)?
