There is two performance components in HCL salary, Engagement PB paid monthly and second one performance Bonus .
I have two doubts is Engagement PB will be paid even if we are in bench and is it recovered when I resigned?.
Performance bonus will be paid only once in year?. Your insights will be much appreciated

What about the WLB as I have heard that one has to put 12-14 hours frequently. I heard that if we are on the bench for more than 2 months and if the resources management team share our profile with HR, then HR asks to share the screen and put in the registration? Is that true?
