Anyone have ideas for a public relations manager with 5 years of experience looking to move out of PR and into a role that focuses on writing, creativity, or project management? I don’t like the media relations portion of what I do but have found I like writing, brainstorming campaign ideas, and helping teams stay on track to deliver their best work. For more context, I have mostly music PR experience.

Current ctc 20.5 LPA ( due for a revisal.. Will go approx 24.5 LPA post assuming annual hike of 20% (which I feel is very low and would want to negotiate internally)

Folks, one doubt..... I was hired as a senior consultant in dec 2021. I did not nominated for grade change till now. Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ?
