Now i have below offers

1. sapiens (18LPA fixed) ,Bangalore
2. hexaware (16.8) fixed + 92k variable + 1 JB ,Chennai
3 htc global (in pipeline)

All are directly into projects.

Could you please suggest on terms of job security and wlb?

What’s the etiquette to leaving? I just signed an offer elsewhere but I have like a month until my start date and I’m still on a project. Can I ask to be rolled off? When should I give my leave notice? And is there anything else I need to know before I leave?

It's been 3 months over since i join LTI.. still I'm in pool bench.. i think LTI has done bulk hiring and struggling to allocate projects for associates.. may I know, how long we can be in bench, expecting answers from LTI members..

How is being on the bench differ across firms? For us, it often is working similar to project hours (late night) on short fuse pitches

Anyone have to work with a manager/senior manager who was very clearly promoted because they were an excellent individual contributor when they were more junior but is horrible at managing people? How do you deal with a manager who always blame you for actions that the manager instructed me to do in the past? E.g. manager reviews client decks with you and instructs to just note a strict budget to report. After a week, manager rereads the same deck and blames me for not supporting the budget that was added per the manager’s request. I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

24 Lakhs in nagarro is like 30 lakh in any other service based mnc due to its tax saving options.
